Terms of Use
Last updated: April 21, 2026. This document applies to the NiveLine mobile clients, related niveline.com domains, and connected support, notification, and security workflows.
1.Scope and acceptance
By downloading NiveLine, creating an account, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms of Use, the applicable app store rules, and applicable law.
These terms cover the mobile clients, related web domains, notification infrastructure, account security mechanisms, and in-app support workflows. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2.Eligibility, age, and account ownership
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement and comply with the age and digital service rules that apply where you use the service. If you are under the age of majority, obtaining any required parent or guardian consent is your responsibility.
Information used to create, verify, or maintain an account must be accurate, current, and lawfully available to you. You may not create, take over, or use an account with another person's username, email address, device identity, recovery code, or authentication factors.
3.Security, passkeys, device binding, and access
NiveLine may use passwords, verification codes, passkeys, device registration, push identifiers, session controls, integrity checks, and anti-abuse signals to protect accounts and service infrastructure.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, verification codes, recovery codes, passkey access, and devices secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you should promptly rotate credentials and contact official support channels.
4.Prohibited use
You may not use the service for spam, fraud, impersonation, malware distribution, child safety violations, threats, unlawful trade, copyright infringement, mass fake account creation, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass security measures.
Reverse engineering, denial-of-service behavior, traffic manipulation, credential harvesting, unauthorized security testing, and automated abuse are prohibited.
5.Your content rights and the service license
You retain your rights in the messages, media, profile fields, group content, event content, location content, and other material you submit to the service, subject to law and third-party rights.
To operate, secure, transmit, sync, deliver, back up according to your choices, investigate reports, and comply with legal obligations, you grant NiveLine a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to process, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run the service.
6.Moderation, reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Users may report abuse, threats, fraud, fake accounts, child safety risks, and prohibited content. Investigations may involve selected message excerpts, user identifiers, timestamps, report records, and related security logs.
NiveLine may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, block devices or sessions, terminate access, preserve evidence, and make legally required notifications where necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
7.Encryption, backups, and third-party environments
NiveLine is designed to use transport protections and, in some flows, additional client-side or end-to-end style cryptographic controls. Even where such protections are used, metadata necessary for routing, delivery, membership, reporting, notifications, and abuse prevention may still be processed.
Backup, export, and external storage features are user-controlled. If you move content outside the service, you are responsible for protecting those copies. Features that rely on Apple, Google, iCloud, APNs, FCM, or app stores are also subject to those third parties' own terms.
8.Service availability and limits of responsibility
NiveLine does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Maintenance, updates, abuse controls, network issues, store restrictions, or third-party outages may limit or interrupt service.
The service is not designed for emergency response, medical direction, disaster coordination, or any life-critical communication. You must use official emergency channels for urgent situations.
9.Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using the service and may request account closure or deletion through the tools or official support channels that are made available. NiveLine may restrict or terminate access where necessary because of security risk, fraud, unlawful conduct, or severe abuse.
After termination or deletion, data handling follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Records that are no longer necessary are deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted, while limited records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
10.Changes, official contact channels, and governing law
These terms may change from time to time because of new features, store requirements, legal developments, or technical needs. The current version takes effect when published in the app, on the official website, or in store listings.
Official contact and support channels are the in-app support area, https://niveline.com, and the current contact information published in store listings. These terms are governed by Turkish law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
